I get asked more about the right way to drink whisky in terms of the use of water than pretty much anything else in my job. It happens a lot and causes big debates but there is no right or wrong way and there are no definitive rules or right or wrong way. It is all about you and how you feel!

On the 16th March, the battle commences and you decide!

So it is the start of 2013 and already a busy year is planned! After such a nice break over the holiday period, it is great to be back into the swing of things. It all started this past weekend on the Viking Line Cinderella Whisky Cruise in Sweden.
