Bowmore Sherry Cask Pursuit is a distinctive 20‑year‑old single malt crafted for travellers and collectors who seek stories found only in motion. Matured in Spanish oak Oloroso sherry with a finish in Oloroso sherry hogsheads, it reflects an intentional approach to cask influence and a vivid exploration of flavour.
The result is a whisky shaped by tropical brightness, warming spice, and expressive sherry depth. At 51.8% ABV, Sherry Cask Pursuit opens with honeycomb, mango, and warm vanilla custard, before revealing tropical fruit and cracked black pepper on the palate, balanced by soft oak and smoked toffee. The finish carries sweet, lingering peat smoke with a touch of charred mango.
